Our Adult Cardio Kick-Boxing / Muay Thai Fitness Class is perfect for everyone, whether you're interested in losing weight, reducing stress, improving fitness and endurance, building strength and/or moving your body for health & well-being.  This online class combines techniques from Karate, Kick-Boxing and Fitness Muay Thai. 


Begin your training with this engaging online class!


All levels welcome to participate in all classes.  Beginner friendly.  Students train and move at their own pace and level. 


Monday & Wednesday - 7:30pm - 8:15pm

     Intermediate / Advanced Level, More Intense Workout & Routine  

Tuesday & Thursday - 7:30pm - 8:15pm 

     Beginner Level, Less Intense Workout & Routine
