Our Adult Cardio Kick-Boxing / Muay Thai Fitness Class is perfect for everyone, whether you're interested in losing weight, reducing stress, improving fitness and endurance, building strength and/or moving your body for health & well-being. This online class combines techniques from Karate, Kick-Boxing and Fitness Muay Thai.
